Spatial Installation

- Description
- In graphic design, greater emphasis is often placed on the “final form,” but I believe that the “tools” behind it and the very “act of drawing” are equally important. For this reason, I attempted to create my own drawing tools and present the naturally generated forms from the creative process as works themselves. In production, I applied a link mechanism, designing a device that transmits the movement of drawing from the operating surface to the drawing space through pillars and fixed pins. The resulting lines carry an organic quality, as if imbued with a sense of life. Even mechanical movements subtly resonate with nature and the body. For me, the act of “drawing shapes” itself is a form of dialogue with the world.
