Arcism（圆弧主义）

作品简介: 圆是一种神奇的形状。它没有棱角，但当多个圆相互重叠时，却能产生锐利的形态。不断放大时，它甚至可以成为直线。我认为，眼中所见的所有形状，都应能用圆弧来捕捉。于是我尝试创造一个完全由圆弧绘制的世界。我将其命名为 Arcism（圆弧主义），并从两个视角展开探索：一是“对完成形象的重新构成”，二是“来自人体动作的节奏感”。二者都具有一种错视的特性——从远处看，形象会浮现；而近距离观察时，却会产生破裂与解体的感觉。

Description: The circle is a mysterious shape. It has no corners, yet when multiple circles overlap, they can generate sharp forms. When infinitely enlarged, a circle can even become a straight line. I believe that all visible shapes can be captured through arcs. With this in mind, I sought to create a world drawn entirely with arcs. I named this approach Arcism, and explored it from two perspectives: the “reconstruction of completed forms,” and the “sense of rhythm derived from human movement.” Both perspectives share a quality of optical illusion: from a distance, a coherent image emerges, while up close, it dissolves and disintegrates.
